Paul A. Kitchin
Partner & Co-Founder

Mr. Kitchin has over sixteen years of combined military and professional experience. He is a demonstrated small unit leader and a successful entrepreneur. Mr. Kitchin’s background and experience include financial analysis, program/project management, cash flow analysis, forecasting, accountancy, database management, and financial statement analysis.

Mr. Kitchin was awarded a B.S. degree in Management/Finance from Park University and an MBA with dual specializations in Finance/ Accountancy from San Diego State Graduate School of Business. Mr. Kitchin is veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served tours as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) Crewman and as a Drill Instructor (DI).

George S. Friedl
Partner & Co-Founder

Mr. Friedl has over sixteen years of professional experience in the management consulting and financial services industries. His professional background encompasses areas of business strategy, program/project management, financial analysis and forecasting, business process re-engineering, and information systems deployment and sustainment. Mr. Friedl is an accomplished leader, proficient speaker, and writer.

Mr. Friedl received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a Minor in English from San Diego State University (SDSU), an M.S. degree in Finance, from the Frank Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University, and an M.S. Degree in Information Systems from SDSU.

Jamie A. Damsker
Principal

Mr. Damsker has over twenty years experience in both the public and private sector. His professional background and expertise includes strategic planning, program/project management, business process re-engineering, international business strategy, technology transfer, aerospace defense matters, and the homeland security marketplace.

Mr. Damsker received a B.A. degree in Mathematics from The Citadel and an MBA with an international business concentration from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. Mr. Damsker had a distinguished career in the US Air Force serving operational assignments in the RF-4, F-111, and F-15E. He has combat experience and is a recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross.
