Resource Management
The active management of resources focuses on complimentary and interconnected elements contained in the disciplines of program, financial, and human capital management. Atlas can gather the data necessary to define the variables, and aid an organization in determining efficient deployment of programmatic, financial, and human resources in support of the mission. In addition to sustaining business operations, Atlas is currently providing support encompassing alignment of workforce resources to the products an organization produces, in concert with current DoN Objectives. Additional current support includes assistance to warfare center reviews where financial and programmatic perspectives are analyzed to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of current business processes and use of resources.
