Atlas Executive Consulting employees are carefully selected for their experience and education and have been exposed to both DoD and commercial business practices. The backgrounds of employees include experience in IT management, operations management, GAAP accounting, supply chain management, vendor selection, commercial financial markets, program management, DoN budget processes, and DoN finance. Additionally, every Atlas consultant is required to hold a college degree and most also possess advanced degrees. The company is specifically positioned to aid in initiatives to incorporate commercial business best practices into DoN financial and workforce management.
